Pete's Birthday Fun!
Pete celebrated his 28th birthday yesterday~ and what a day! We had our small group at our house for dinner, we made Pete's favorite...flank steak. Mmmm.
I made a special dessert for Pete, baked potato sundaes! Since potatoes are the one food Pete hates and ice cream is the food he loves it was only appropriate that we have them.
It's ice cream covered in baking cocoa, then a dyed square of yellow ice cream as butter, cool whip as sour cream, some sprinkled chive and some Hershey gravy.

To top off the evening we all went to the hospital to visit our friends Zach and Lindsay who had their baby girl on Pete's and now her birthday. 
Finally the end to a busy day. Happy Birthday, Pete! May God bless you in the year and years to come, we love you.

Loved all the birthday pictures!! The potatoes look amazing!! You are so blessed to have all your Christian friends support. Wow what a great group picture!! We will look forward to the continued birthday celebration on Friday for Pete. Love Mom & Dad Nystrom

It's amazing how people can plan to have babies on special days... it's funny though how it can't happen on my birthday! But Titus is still the bomb even though his birthday is 3 days after mine :) And I love the potato ice cream! I want one! I love potatoes!
