My Sweet Valentines

Valentine's Day was a winner for me, a perfect day of low key fun. Titus joined us for almost all of our outings and it was fun to have a day together. We started out at Perkins for breakfast and in my opinion it doesn't get much better than that. I am especially happy that Titus loves breakfast potatoes! I NEED a potato buddy.

Then we were off to the mall to get tuxes fit for both Pete and Titus for Liza's upcoming wedding. We also made a stop at the play area. I have to say, kids tuxes are rather silly. I mean, the sizing is ridiculous. This was the "correct" size for Titus, but I am pretty sure he could still fit into it when he is 5. It was pretty funny and he was a good sport. Maybe he will take a growth spurt by April. :o)

We had our romantic Valentine dinner together a Burger King (another favorite), but determined that I would need to wait until pregnancy was over to indulge in another Whopper. While I am quite aware that Whoppers don't agree with me, I still occasionally eat them and suffer the consequences. This particular Whopper set a record and exited my body in less than an hour. A special thanks to Pete for exiting the freeway in a hurry....
Our evening ended with us getting a babysitter and going to Meadow Creek Church for dessert and the movie Fireproof. We had a great time with my cousin Lydia, her husband Charles and my aunt and uncle.
Today, I spent the morning with friends and their kiddos. It seems crazy that two years ago we all had just one each, now we seem to have doubled with more on the way! In a remarkable moment, we managed to get all of the little ones to sit still on the couch for a quick photo and then one of all the wonderful and lovely mommies.
